Meet the Founder
Ava Gencheva is the founder of VoicED and a former school director and admissions reader with decades of experience guiding students through highly competitive academic environments.
Over the course of her career, she has supported thousands of students in gaining admission to selective colleges and universities. Today, many of her former students are physicians, professors, attorneys, and leaders in technology and innovation.
Among them are some of Silicon Valley’s youngest AI company founders, with ventures valued at over $30 million, as well as award-winning researchers, published authors, and entrepreneurs. Ava has also guided more high school students to the TED stage than any other educator in Silicon Valley.
Her work bridges strategy, writing, and long-term development — helping students build clarity, voice, and direction that extend far beyond the admissions cycle.
